Humboldt Field Locations
Manila Community Park (Google Map) -- This has been the home field for rugby in Humboldt County for the last several years. We are actively searching for an alternate location, more centrally located and with lights. Until then, Manila remains the standby.
Humboldt State's College Creek Field (Google Map) -- Humboldt State recently renovated the soccer field on campus to include rugby markings and posts. Some of the HSU matches may be played on this field.

NCRFU Match Protocol -- All clubs must abide by the NCRFU Match Protocol, as adopted at the 2010 AGM.
NCRFU Safety Protocol -- The NCRFU Safety Protocol (Aug 2010) is intended to enhance safety at rugby matches and tournament. The Protocol outlines steps which must be taken by home and visiting teams, coaches, players, spectators, and officials for every match.
Rugby Organizations
International -- The International Rugby Board (IRB) is rugby's international governing body.
National -- The USA Rugby Football Union (USARFU) is the governing body for rugby in the United States. The USARFU includes seven Territorial Unions (TU) within the United States.
All players must be registered as a member of USA Rugby prior to playing in a league match AND in any officially-sanctioned tournament in the NCRFU (Sept 2011). Membership includes medical insurance for rugby-related activities and is valid from Sept 1 through Aug 31 of each year. For more information, go to the USARFU website and click "membership".
Regional -- The Pacific Coast Rugby Football Union (PCRFU) is the regional governing body, or Territorial Union (TU) for rugby on the Pacific Coast of the U.S., excluding Southern California. It includes three Local Area Unions: the Pacific Northwest (PNRFU), Utah (URFU), and Northern California (NCRFU) Rugby Football Unions.
Local -- The Northern California Rugby Football Union (NCRFU) is the local governing body, or Local Union (LU) for rugby Northern California. It encompasses clubs as far South as Monterey and Fresno, east to Reno, and North to the Calif/Oregon border.
